Why should we all build muscle quickly…Muscles release rejuvenating substances: the more muscle, the slower you age. You also age stronger, fitter, and more powerful. In everyday life, during sports, and in bed. With muscles and strength, everything feels better. To make muscles grow, you have to challenge and stress them – simple exercise isn’t enough.
